This Classic Apple Cinnamon Roll Bake is an effortless, delicious breakfast or dessert. Made with convenience in mind, it combines store-bought cinnamon rolls with fresh apples for a warm, comforting treat perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
2 (12 oz) cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced (e.g., Gala or Honeycrisp)
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Cut each cinnamon roll into 4–6 pieces and arrange evenly in the prepared dish.
3. Scatter diced apples and chopped pecans (if using) over the cinnamon roll pieces.
4. Whisk melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon; pour evenly over the pan.
5. Bake 25–30 minutes, until rolls are golden and cooked through.
6. Warm the icing packets in a bowl of warm water while baking.
7. Remove from oven and immediately drizzle warm icing over the bake. Serve warm.
Notes
Add a pinch of nutmeg to the butter mixture for extra warmth.
Great as a dessert with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Store leftovers refrigerated up to 3 days; reheat gently in the oven or microwave.
