Description
This baked brie pasta is creamy, flavorful, and easy to make. Perfect for a cozy weeknight dinner or a quick crowd-pleasing meal.
Ingredients
1 wheel of brie cheese (8 oz)
2 cups cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp thyme
10 oz pasta
Salt to taste
Optional: red pepper flakes, garlic, basil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place brie in center of baking dish, surrounded by tomatoes.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with thyme.
4. Bake for 35 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, cook pasta until al dente and drain.
6. Stir baked brie and tomatoes together.
7. Add pasta and mix until coated.
8. Serve immediately.
Notes
Remove the top rind of brie for better melting.
Add cooked chicken or turkey for protein.
Serve with fresh greens or toasted bread.
