Ingredients
1 lb beef mince
1/2 onion, minced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp cream cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Brown the beef mince and onion in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Stir in cream cheese, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and paprika.
4. Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
Use 80/20 beef for better fat ratio. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in oven or microwave before serving.
