Brazilian Manjero is a natural weight loss drink made with apple cider vinegar, lemon, ginger, and cayenne. It’s spicy, tangy, and great for digestion.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
A pinch of cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
1 cup warm water
Instructions
1. Add warm water to a mug or jar.
2. Stir in apple cider vinegar.
3. Add lemon juice and grated ginger.
4. Sprinkle in cayenne pepper.
5. Add honey or maple syrup if using.
6. Stir well and drink slowly.
Notes
Drink on an empty stomach in the morning or 30 minutes before meals.
Start with less cayenne if you’re sensitive to spice.
Store extra in the fridge and rewarm before use.
