Description
These crispy air fryer corn ribs are easy, fast, and full of smoky flavor. Perfect as a snack or side dish, they’re a fun twist on classic corn.
Ingredients
2 fresh corn cobs 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp smoked paprika 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp chili powder Salt to taste Lime wedges (optional)
Instructions
1. Cut each corn cob into 4 lengthwise ribs using a sharp knife. 2. Place ribs in a bowl and toss with olive oil and spices. 3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. 4. Air fry corn ribs for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway. 5. Remove when edges are crispy and curled. 6. Serve with lime wedges or dipping sauce.
Notes
Use a kitchen towel under the corn to keep it steady while cutting. Add grated Parmesan or vegan cheese after air frying for extra flavor.
