Ingredients

1/2 cup hot pasta water
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Add cottage cheese, garlic, parmesan, and hot pasta water to a blender.
2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
3. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
4. Toss the sauce with cooked pasta until evenly coated.
