Description
A creamy, protein-packed cottage cheese cookie dough recipe you can make without almond flour or protein powder. No baking required, just blend and chill.
Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup oat flour or coconut flour
1/4 cup chocolate chips (sugar-free optional)
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Blend cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth.
2. Add sweetener, vanilla, and salt, then blend again.
3. Stir in oat flour until a soft dough forms.
4. Fold in chocolate chips with a spatula.
5. Scoop into a jar or container and refrigerate 30 minutes.
6. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
This recipe works with oat, coconut, or regular flour. Use sugar-free chocolate chips for a low-carb version. Store up to 5 days in the fridge.
