Description
This deviled egg dip is a creamy and quick appetizer with the bold flavors of classic deviled eggs. Perfect for parties, meal prep, or sandwich spreads.
Ingredients
6 large hard-boiled eggs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon dill relish
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh dill or parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Chop the hard-boiled eggs and place them in a bowl.
2. Add mayo, mustard, relish, sour cream, hot sauce, and paprika.
3. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until creamy and slightly chunky.
4. Chill for at least 20 minutes if time allows.
5. Serve topped with herbs and paprika.
