Ingredients
1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger or ginger juice
1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
1/2 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
16 oz cold filtered water
Instructions
1. Add pink salt, lemon juice, vinegar, and ginger to a glass.
2. Sprinkle in cayenne or chia if using.
3. Fill the glass with cold water.
