Ingredients
1 cup flaked keta salmon (fresh or canned)
1 large egg
1/4 cup almond flour
1 tablespoon chopped onions
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil for frying
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine keta salmon, egg, almond flour, chopped onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Mix until ingredients are evenly combined.
3. Shape the mixture into small patties.
4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
5. Place patties in the skillet and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden brown.
6. Remove and serve hot with your favorite keto-friendly sauce or salad.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of paprika or dill to the mixture. Use fresh keta salmon for best results. These keto salmon patties can also be baked or air-fried.
