Ingredients
1 1/2 cups almond flour
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons cream cheese or Greek yogurt
1 large egg
1 tablespoon baking powder
Optional: sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning for topping
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Melt mozzarella cheese and cream cheese together until smooth.
3. In another bowl, mix almond flour and baking powder.
4. Add the egg and combine with the cheese mixture to form a dough.
5. Shape the dough into bagel rings.
6. Sprinkle optional toppings.
7. Place on a lined baking tray.
8. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
9. Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
You can replace cream cheese with Greek yogurt for added protein and moisture.
Store keto bagels in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for later use.
Reheat in a toaster or oven for the best texture.
