Ingredients
1 and 1/2 cups almond flour
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 oz cream cheese
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1 teaspoon onion flakes (optional)
Everything bagel seasoning (optional for topping)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Melt mozzarella cheese and cream cheese together until fully combined.
3. In a separate bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and any seasonings.
4. Add eggs to the dry ingredients, then fold in the melted cheese mixture.
5. Mix until a dough forms. Wet hands and shape the dough into bagels.
6. Place bagels on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
7. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning if desired.
8. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
9. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a coconut flour variation, replace almond flour with 1/3 cup coconut flour and increase the number of eggs to 3.
Store bagels in an airtight container at room temperature for 2 days or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
Freeze for longer storage.
