Ingredients
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
2 cups steamed broccoli florets
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Steam the broccoli until just tender.
3. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
5. Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
6. Serve warm.
Notes
You can substitute broccoli with cauliflower for variety. For extra spice, add chili flakes. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
