This quick low carb pasta bowl is made with zucchini noodles sautéed in garlic and olive oil. It’s keto-friendly, gluten-free, and perfect for a fast, healthy dinner.
Ingredients
2 medium zucchinis (spiralized)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic (minced)
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated parmesan (optional)
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
3. Add spiralized zucchini and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Serve warm with optional parmesan.
