Description
These homemade low carb tortilla chips are crispy, golden, and keto-friendly. Made with almond flour, olive oil, and spices, they are perfect for dipping or snacking any time.
Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
3 tablespoons water
Instructions
1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add water and olive oil. Stir until dough forms.
3. Roll dough thin between parchment paper.
4. Cut into triangle shapes using a knife or pizza cutter.
5. Bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes until crisp and golden.
6. Let chips cool completely before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days. For extra crunch, let them cool on a wire rack. You can also season before baking with chili powder or cumin.
