Description

Crispy pasta chips made in the air fryer or oven, perfect for dipping, snacking, or topping salads. A bold twist on your favorite noodles.


Ingredients

2 cups cooked pasta (penne or bowtie)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

2 tbsp grated parmesan

Salt to taste


Instructions

1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F or oven to 425°F.

2. Cook pasta al dente, drain, and pat dry.

3. Toss pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, seasoning, and salt.

4. Add parmesan and mix until evenly coated.

5. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway.

6. For oven: bake for 15-18 minutes, flipping once.

7. Let cool slightly before serving with dip.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

Try adding smoked paprika, ranch seasoning, or chili flakes for extra flavor.
