Description
This easy ramen lasagna recipe is a quick twist on the classic dish, using ramen noodles, marinara, and cheese for comforting layers in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
3 packs of ramen noodles (seasoning discarded)
1 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
2 cups marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup grated parmesan (optional)
1 tsp garlic powder
Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Boil ramen noodles for 1 to 2 minutes until just softened. Drain.
3. Spread a thin layer of marinara in a small baking dish.
4. Add a layer of ramen noodles. Spread ricotta, sprinkle mozzarella, and spoon marinara over it.
5. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella on top.
6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
7. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
8. Let it rest for 5 minutes, garnish with basil, and serve.
Notes
Don’t overcook the ramen. Use pre-shredded cheese for faster prep. Great with ground beef, veggies, or spicy sauce for variation.
