Description

A refreshing detox water recipe made with pink Himalayan salt, lemon, cucumber, and mint. Naturally hydrating, ideal for morning wellness routines or post-workout recovery.


Ingredients

1/8 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt

3 slices fresh cucumber

2 slices fresh lemon

2 fresh mint leaves

16 oz cold filtered water

Ice cubes (optional)


Instructions

1. Add cucumber, lemon, and mint to a tall glass or mason jar.

2. Sprinkle pink salt on top.

3. Fill the jar with cold filtered water.

4. Add ice if desired.

5. Stir well and let it sit for 5–10 minutes before drinking.

Notes

Drink first thing in the morning or after physical activity. Avoid if you are on a low-sodium diet. Ingredients can be refilled up to twice with water for continued use throughout the day.
