Description

Ingredients

6 large eggs

1/4 cup milk

Salt and black pepper to taste

8 oz breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

6 small flour tortillas (6-inch)

1 tbsp butter or oil


Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.

2. Heat butter or oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Add eggs and cook, stirring occasionally, until just set and still slightly moist.

3. Warm tortillas according to package directions.

4. Place some scrambled eggs on each warm tortilla; top with cooked sausage and shredded cheese.

5. Fold in the sides, then roll up tightly from the bottom to form a roll-up.
