Ingredients
6 boiled eggs (peeled)
1 stick butter
1 small onion (diced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp chili flakes
Juice of ½ lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: hot sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar
Instructions
1. Boil eggs for 6 to 7 minutes. Cool in ice water and peel.
2. Melt butter in skillet. Add onion and sauté until soft.
3. Add garlic, spices, lemon juice. Stir well.
4. Simmer the sauce until thick and aromatic.
5. Add peeled eggs. Spoon sauce over them and simmer 5 minutes.
6. Serve hot with extra sauce or use in salads, bowls, or toast.
Notes
Use soft or medium-boiled eggs based on your preference.
Add brown sugar to balance spice if needed.
Store leftover sauce in the fridge for up to 3 days.
