Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF.
2. Melt mozzarella in microwave for 45 seconds.
3. Mix with almond flour, egg, and garlic powder.
4. Roll out dough between parchment sheets.
5. Cut into triangles and place on a baking sheet.
6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Cool before serving.
