  • 4-6 ounces Salmon Fillets each, skin-on or skin-off
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter (approximately 4 tablespoons), melted
  • 1-2 Fresh Lemons for 2-3 tablespoons of juice and zest
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic freshly minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped, for garnish
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper or to taste
  • Dried Dill or Paprika Pinch, optional

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Melt unsalted butter in a small bowl, then mix in minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and optional dill or paprika.
  • Brush the lemon garlic butter mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
  • Bake for 12-18 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the salmon easily flakes with a fork.
  • Remove from oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately with an optional extra squeeze of fresh lemon juice.

Notes

For best results, do not overcook the salmon to keep it moist and tender.
