  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg large
  • 2 tablespoons Maple syrup or honey plus extra for serving
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease two oven-safe bowls or ramekins.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt until no lumps remain.
  • In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  • Divide the batter evenly between the two greased oven-safe bowls.
  • Place the bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Carefully remove the bowls from the oven, let them cool slightly, then add your favorite toppings and an extra drizzle of maple syrup if desired.
