  • Pancake Mix Or ingredients for homemade (flour, sugar, baking powder, milk, egg, oil)
  • 1-2 per person Sausage Breakfast sausage links or patties
  • Fresh Fruit Berries, sliced bananas, or kiwi
  • Maple Syrup For drizzling
  • 1 cup per person Greek Yogurt Plain or vanilla, about
  • 1/2 cup per person Granola Your favorite kind, about

Instructions
 

Eggs & Toast Trio

  • Cook bacon in a cold pan over medium heat until crispy; remove to a paper towel-lined plate, reserving some fat.
  • Cook eggs in the same pan or with butter to your desired doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Toast bread and butter immediately, then arrange eggs, bacon, and toast together on a plate.

Sweet & Savory Pancake Stack

  • Cook sausage as per package directions, then prepare your pancake batter.
  • Heat a lightly oiled griddle over medium heat and cook pancakes until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  • Stack 2-3 pancakes, top with cooked sausage and fresh fruit, and drizzle with maple syrup.

Yogurt & Granola Parfait

  • In a glass or bowl, layer Greek yogurt, granola, and fresh fruit.
  • Repeat the layers until the glass is full, finishing with fruit, and drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
