  • 8 ounce block Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce e.g., Frank's RedHot Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 1.5 cups Shredded Cheese e.g., cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then stir in the buffalo sauce and ranch or blue cheese dressing until creamy.

Assembly and Baking

  • Fold in the shredded cooked chicken and half of the shredded cheese, mixing gently to coat everything evenly.
  • Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese over the top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot, bubbly, and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.

Serving

  • Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions or extra crumbled blue cheese, if desired.

Notes

Serve hot with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers. For a milder dip, reduce the amount of buffalo sauce. For an extra kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the mixture.
