  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice from about 8-10 limes
  • 13.5 oz (1 can) full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup granulated sugar or to taste
  • 3 cups cold water

For Serving & Garnish

  • Ice
  • Lime slices or wedges optional

Preparation

  • Roll limes on a countertop to help release more juice, then cut and squeeze to get 1 cup of fresh lime juice; strain out any pulp or seeds if preferred.

Notes

For an extra touch, you can muddle some mint leaves in the pitcher before blending, or add a splash of rum for an adult version!
