Ingredients

Cookie Base

  • 20 chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted optional

Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream, cold

Topping

  • 5 chocolate sandwich cookies

Instructions

Preparation

  • Crush 20 chocolate sandwich cookies finely and mix with melted butter if desired, then press into the base of each dessert cup.
  • In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whip cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Assembly

  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
  • Spoon the creamy filling over the cookie base in each dessert cup.
  • Crush the remaining 5 chocolate sandwich cookies and sprinkle generously over the top of each dessert cup.

Chill

  • Chill the dessert cups for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, in the refrigerator before serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure the cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth filling. Chilling overnight allows the flavors to deepen and the dessert to set perfectly.
