  • 1 lb Fresh Strawberries about 20-25 medium berries
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese full-fat, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar Confectioners' Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • finely chopped pistachios
  • shredded coconut
  • cocoa powder
  • fresh mint leaves

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash and dry strawberries, then remove green tops and core. Slice each strawberry in half lengthwise and arrange cut-side up on a platter.

Making the Filling

  • Combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Beat until smooth, light, and fluffy with no lumps.

Assembly and Serving

  • Transfer the cream cheese mixture to a piping bag and pipe a generous swirl into each strawberry half.
  • Garnish with desired toppings like chopped pistachios or shredded coconut. Serve immediately or chill briefly.

Notes

For best results, ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth filling. These are best served fresh, but can be chilled for up to an hour before serving.
