  • 4 frozen parathas
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons oil or ghee
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

  • Whisk two eggs per wrap with a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined in a bowl.
  • Heat one tablespoon of oil or ghee in a non-stick pan over medium heat, then cook half of the egg mixture either scrambled or as an omelet until done, then repeat with remaining egg mixture and set aside.
  • Cook a frozen paratha in the same pan according to package directions until golden brown and flaky, adding a small amount of oil or ghee if needed.
  • Lay the warm paratha flat and spread a thin layer of your preferred sauce if desired.
  • Place the cooked egg mixture generously over one half of the paratha.
  • Add any additional toppings, such as cheese, avocado, vegetables, or chicken.
  • Fold the other half of the paratha over the fillings and roll tightly to create a secure wrap.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your fresh, warm wrap.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of chili flakes to your egg mixture. Be creative with your fillings—almost anything goes!
