Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup 100% pure orange juice
  • 2.5 tablespoons Grass-Fed Gelatin Powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional, adjust to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vitamin C Powder optional health hack

Instructions

Preparation

  • Lightly grease your silicone gummy molds with coconut oil or non-stick spray if necessary.
  • Pour 1/2 cup of orange juice into a small saucepan, then sprinkle gelatin powder evenly over the cold juice and let it bloom for 5-10 minutes.

Cooking

  • Place the saucepan over low heat, add the remaining 1/2 cup orange juice and maple syrup, then stir constantly until the gelatin is dissolved (do not boil).
  • Remove from heat and stir in the Vitamin C powder until fully incorporated.

Setting and Enjoying

  • Carefully pour the mixture into the prepared silicone molds using a dropper or small spoon, filling them to the top.
  • Transfer the filled molds to the refrigerator and chill for at least 1-2 hours until the gummies are firm.
  • Once set, gently pop the gummies out of their molds and enjoy.

Notes

For best results, ensure the gelatin is fully dissolved to avoid a grainy texture. Adjust maple syrup to your sweetness preference. Store gummies in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
