  • Pour in undrained diced tomatoes and broth, then stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer, cover, and cook for 10-15 minutes for flavors to meld.
  • Remove from heat, adjust seasonings, and garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro if desired before serving.

Notes
