  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey optional, to taste

  • Add rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup (if using), and a pinch of salt to a jar with a lid or a small container.
  • Stir all ingredients thoroughly until combined and chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  • Place the lid on the jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  • In the morning, stir the oats and add more milk if too thick; then add your favorite toppings.

Notes
