  • Butter or olive oil for cooking
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Cooking Steps

  • If using, ensure your pizza toppings are already cooked and sliced thinly.
  • Whisk your eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper until combined and slightly frothy.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat with butter or olive oil.
  • Pour the whisked eggs into the hot pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until edges set.
  • Once eggs are mostly set, spread marinara sauce evenly over the surface.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and your chosen pizza toppings over the sauce.
  • Cover and cook on low for 2-4 minutes until cheese is melted and eggs are set.
  • Carefully slide onto a plate, garnish if desired, and serve immediately.
