Cooking Steps
If using, ensure your pizza toppings are already cooked and sliced thinly.
Whisk your eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper until combined and slightly frothy.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat with butter or olive oil.
Pour the whisked eggs into the hot pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until edges set.
Once eggs are mostly set, spread marinara sauce evenly over the surface.
