  • 1 cup cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 flour tortilla large
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons salsa
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce

  • Ensure your cooked chicken is shredded into bite-sized pieces.
  • Lightly warm the tortilla in a dry skillet over medium heat for 15-20 seconds per side, or microwave briefly.
  • Lay the warmed tortilla flat. On one half, sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese, leaving a small border.
  • Spoon the shredded chicken over the cheese. Add the salsa, sour cream, and shredded lettuce.
  • Top the fillings with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom. Place the rolled wrap seam-side down in a lightly oiled or dry skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted and gooey.
  • Slice in half if desired and enjoy your quick cheesy chicken wrap while it’s warm!

Notes

For an extra kick, add a dash of hot sauce or sliced jalapeños to your wrap. You can also customize the fillings with your favorite vegetables or a different type of cheese.
