  • 30-40 large marshmallows (enough to cover the dish)
  • 1 box graham crackers for serving

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Choose an oven-safe dish like a cast-iron skillet or baking dish and lightly grease it.
  • Spread an even layer of chocolate chips across the bottom of the prepared dish.
  • Arrange the marshmallows tightly on top of the chocolate chips, covering the entire surface.
  • Bake for 8-12 minutes until marshmallows are golden and puffed, and the chocolate is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for a minute or two before serving immediately.

Notes

Keep a close eye on the marshmallows during the last few minutes of baking to prevent burning.
