  • 6 ounces Salmon Fillets per person
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemons fresh
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Herbs dill, parsley, or chives
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Honey or Maple Syrup optional
  • 1/2 tsp Salt flaky sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1/2 tsp Your favorite spice blend optional (e.g., Old Bay, paprika)

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • Pat each salmon fillet dry with paper towels.
  • Drizzle the salmon with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, then add minced garlic and fresh herbs; optionally, brush with honey or maple syrup.
  • Slice a lemon and place a few slices on each fillet and around them on the baking sheet.
  • Place the seasoned salmon on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • After baking, let the salmon rest on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes.
  • Garnish with more fresh herbs or lemon juice and serve immediately.

Notes

Cooking times may vary based on the thickness of your salmon fillets. For best results, use an instant-read thermometer; salmon is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
