  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 pound cooked breakfast sausage (crumbled)
  • 8 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 0.5 cup green onions (sliced)
  • 1 ounce dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined and frothy.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled breakfast sausage, crumbled bacon, sliced green onions, dry ranch seasoning mix, salt, and black pepper into the egg mixture.
  • Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

Baking

  • Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the casserole is set in the center and lightly golden brown on top.
  • Remove the casserole from the oven and let it stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, you can add a layer of hash browns to the bottom of the baking dish before adding the egg mixture. This casserole can be assembled the night before and baked in the morning for a quick and easy breakfast.
