  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped

  • Scatter chunks of softened cream cheese and sprinkle an entire packet of ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and easily shreds.
  • Shred the chicken in the slow cooker with two forks, then stir everything together until the cream cheese and ranch seasoning are well combined, forming a creamy sauce.
  • Stir in most of the crumbled bacon and chopped chives, saving a small amount for garnish.
  • Serve the Crack Chicken, garnished with the reserved bacon and chives.
