  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 ounce
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix 1 ounce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Optional Topping

  • 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers for topping

  • Whisk cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing mix, and chicken broth until smooth in the slow cooker.
  • Stir in the cut chicken pieces, shredded cheddar cheese, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  • Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and easily shredded.
  • Optionally, sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers over the top during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  • Give everything a good stir before serving hot.
