Pie Ingredients

  • 1 paket hazır milföy hamuru
  • 0.5 su bardağı frambuaz marmelatı
  • 2 yemek kaşığı labne peyniri
  • 1 yemek kaşığı pudra şekeri

Eye Decoration Ingredients

  • çikolata sosu yeterince
  • renkli şekerlemeler yeterince

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Thaw the puff pastry and preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Cut the puff pastry into circles using a cookie cutter or the rim of a glass.
  • Place half of the circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and in the center of the other half, cut a small circle for the "eye" using a smaller cutter.

Baking and Filling

  • Bake the pastry circles for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and puffed, then let them cool.
  • Mix raspberry jam with labneh cheese and powdered sugar for the filling.
  • Spread the jam mixture evenly over the full pastry circles, then place the "eye" circles on top, aligning the holes.

Decoration

  • Fill the "eye" holes with chocolate sauce to create the pupil.
  • Decorate around the "eye" with colorful candies to resemble an iris.

Notes

For an extra spooky touch, use red food coloring in the jam mixture for a bloodshot effect.
