  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt and black pepper to taste

  • Toss gnocchi with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F) and cook the gnocchi in a single layer for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite sauce or enjoy as a crispy side dish.

Notes

For extra crispiness, ensure the gnocchi is in a single layer and not overcrowded in the air fryer basket. You can also experiment with other seasonings like paprika or Italian seasoning.
