  • Bake in the oven for 6-10 minutes until browned and bubbling, or microwave on high for 60-90 seconds checking frequently until shrunk and darkened.
  • Carefully remove and transfer the cooked pepperoni to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess grease.
  • Allow the pepperoni to cool completely to achieve desired crispness.

Notes

Watch the pepperoni closely, especially during the last few minutes of cooking, as they can burn quickly. Crispy pepperoni chips are great on their own or as a crunchy topping for salads and soups.
