  • Small handful grapes quartered
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt for dipping

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Lay the whole-wheat tortilla flat and spread cream cheese or nut butter evenly, leaving a small border.
  • Arrange banana slices and mixed berries in a line across the center, then sprinkle with chia seeds if desired.
  • Tightly roll the tortilla into a log shape and slice into 6-8 "sushi" pieces, about ¾ to 1 inch thick.

Serving

  • Arrange the rolls on a plate and serve with quartered grapes and Greek yogurt for dipping.

Notes

For a sweeter treat, you can drizzle a small amount of honey or maple syrup over the fruit before rolling. These "sushi" rolls are perfect for a quick breakfast, snack, or even a fun lunchbox idea!
