  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce Low-sodium can be used for less sweetness.
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 piece bell pepper, sliced Any color bell pepper works.
  • 1 piece onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Rice or noodles for serving Use cooked rice or noodles as a base.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  • In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, pineapple chunks, bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  • Season with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

Serving

  • Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
  • Optional: Sprinkle sesame seeds or sliced green onions on top.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate your chicken in teriyaki sauce for a few hours before cooking. Feel free to add veggies like broccoli or snap peas. Adjust sweetness with low-sodium teriyaki sauce.
