Craft a beautiful and delicious charcuterie board with a selection of cured meats, artisan cheeses, fresh fruits, and crunchy accompaniments, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients
  

For the Foundation

  • 4 ounces Prosciutto
  • 4 ounces Genoa Salami
  • 4 ounces Brie cheese
  • 4 ounces Sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 3 ounces Manchego cheese
  • 1 box Water crackers
  • 1 baguette sliced and lightly toasted

For Freshness & Contrast

  • 1 cup Red grapes
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 green apple sliced
  • 0.5 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Kalamata olives

For Crunch & Flavor Boosts

  • 0.5 cup Roasted almonds
  • 0.25 cup Fig jam
  • 0.25 cup Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 cup Cornichons

Garnishes

  • Fresh rosemary sprigs

Instructions
 

Assembly

  • Choose a large cutting board or platter for your charcuterie.
  • Wash and dry all fruits and vegetables; slice the apple and cheeses, and artfully fold or roll the prosciutto and salami.
  • Place small bowls of fig jam, Dijon mustard, and cornichons on the board, then arrange the larger cheese blocks around them.
  • Arrange the folded meats and fan out the crackers and toasted baguette slices, filling in gaps around the cheeses.
  • Scatter red grapes, blueberries, and cherry tomatoes, and arrange apple slices in neat rows on the board.
  • Sprinkle roasted almonds into any remaining empty spaces to create a full appearance.
  • Drizzle honey over the Brie (optional) and garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.
  • Review your creation and adjust items for balance, variety, and visual appeal, ensuring everything is easily accessible.

Notes

For an extra touch, consider adding a small dish of olives or a handful of dried apricots.
