Instructions

Caprese Skewers

  • Thread cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and basil leaves onto small wooden skewers, repeating the pattern until full.
  • Arrange on a platter and drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving for a fresh appetizer.

Strawberry Goat Cheese Crostini

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C), slice baguette into thin rounds, brush with olive oil, and toast for 5-7 minutes until golden.
  • Combine diced strawberries with a pinch of sugar if desired; let the crostini cool completely.
  • Spread cooled crostini with goat cheese, top with diced strawberries, and drizzle honey.
  • Garnish with a tiny mint leaf if desired, adding a fresh touch to the crostini.

Smoked Salmon Cucumber Bites

  • Mix whipped cream cheese with chopped chives and lemon zest in a small bowl.
  • Slice English cucumber into ½-inch rounds, pat them dry, and spoon cream cheese mixture onto each slice.
  • Top with a small, artfully folded piece of smoked salmon and garnish with fresh dill and black pepper.

Spinach Artichoke Dip Cups

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  • Gently press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, forming a cup shape.
  • In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, drained artichoke hearts, squeezed-dry spinach, Parmesan, and garlic powder, mixing well.
  • Spoon about one tablespoon of the dip mixture into each wonton cup.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until the wonton edges are golden and the dip is bubbly; serve warm for best enjoyment.

Notes

Ensure all ingredients are fresh for the best flavor. These appetizers can be assembled shortly before serving to maintain their freshness and presentation. For a spicier kick in the Caprese skewers, consider adding a tiny pinch of red pepper flakes to the balsamic glaze.
