Preparation

  • Wash and core the apple thoroughly.
  • Slice the apple into thin, even wedges and arrange them on a plate.
  • Spread about 1/2 teaspoon of almond butter on one side of each apple slice.
  • Sprinkle chia seeds evenly over the almond butter on all apple slices.
  • Serve immediately, or store for 2-3 hours; add a squeeze of lemon juice if storing to prevent browning.

Notes
