  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts or other nuts

  • In a jar or bowl, combine rolled oats, plant-based milk, chia seeds, and vanilla extract; stir well.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  • In the morning, if the oats are too thick, add a splash more milk to reach your desired consistency.
  • Top the oats with mixed berries, almond butter, and chopped walnuts.
  • Optionally, drizzle with maple syrup or honey for extra sweetness.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your energizing breakfast.

Notes

This recipe is highly customizable. Feel free to substitute berries with other fruits or walnuts with pecans or cashews. For a protein boost, add a scoop of protein powder before refrigerating.
