  • 4 oz goat cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary finely chopped
  • black pepper A pinch
  • olive oil for drizzling

Baguette Prep

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet, drizzling them lightly with olive oil.

Baking and Cooling

  • Bake the baguette slices for 5-7 minutes until lightly golden and crispy, then remove and let them cool slightly.

Goat Cheese Mixture

  • In a small bowl, combine the softened goat cheese, 1 tablespoon of honey, chopped rosemary, and a pinch of black pepper, mixing them well.

Assemble Crostini

  • Spread a generous amount of the goat cheese mixture onto each toasted baguette slice and top with a small dollop of cranberry sauce.

Finishing Touch

  • Drizzle the remaining 1 tablespoon of honey over all the crostini just before serving.

Notes

For an extra touch, lightly toast the rosemary before adding it to the goat cheese mixture to enhance its aroma. You can also experiment with a sprinkle of chopped pistachios for added texture and color.
