Festive Cranberry & Brie Bites with Rosemary

These elegant and easy-to-make bites feature flaky puff pastry, creamy brie, and a sweet-tart cranberry sauce, all infused with fresh rosemary.

  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry thawed
  • 1 wheel Brie Cheese 8oz, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary finely chopped
  • 1 Egg lightly beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1/4 cup Pecan Halves optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly flour your work surface and unroll the thawed puff pastry, then cut it into 12 squares.
  • Press each pastry square into a greased mini muffin tin cavity.
  • Place a small cube of Brie in the center of each pastry square and top with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce and a sprinkle of fresh rosemary.
  • Brush the edges of the pastry with the prepared egg wash.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffed with melted, bubbly Brie. Garnish with a pecan half if desired and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, ensure your puff pastry is completely thawed before working with it. These bites are best served warm, but can also be enjoyed at room temperature.
